Winetta “Win” Williams is an individualistic, collaborative, analytical, and a resilient, leader who takes a systematic approach to helping clients get results in an orderly fashion without losing sight of the practical side of things, mobilizing strategic planning initiatives, resolving operational discrepancies, and resolving compliance issues.

For the past decade, Win has worked as an executive administrator and program coordinator in the education sector, supporting the Black Caucus Foundation of Michigan and the David Ellis Academies in maintaining compliance, data analytics and professional development.
